Our thoughts are with any of our customers who have been personally affected by the outbreak of COVID-19, but we want you to know that we continue to take precautions to keep our employees and our customers safe.
Our team in Germany has returned to the office while practicing social distancing measures, as well as participating in more online rather than in-person meetings. Our team in the US has observed no negative impacts on responsiveness to our customers, and has continued to work remotely with our North American clients. We are still limiting our entire global staff to remote work with customers in most cases, performing in-person support and service only when necessary.
